[ Heidi Klum in Vogue June 2009 ] Someone who knows where the blazer comes from? Or can it be the same dress as Daria Werbowy wore at the Costume Institute Gala?  No matter if its a dress or a blazer – let me know where it comes from, i need it… : – )
